Summer Conference Registration Package Download the updated Summer Workshop Registration Package for the most recent materials you will need for the Environmental Stewardship Conference being held this July in Chicago. The materials include registration, exhibitor, and sponsorship forms, call for papers instructions, and a conference abstract form. Conference Hotel Information WYNDHAM CHICAGO HOTEL RESERVATION PROCEDURES For the convenience of the conference attendees, a block of rooms have been reserved at the Wyndham Chicago Hotel, located at 633 North St. Clair Street, Chicago, Illinois 60611. All conference participants can make reservations directly with the hotel by calling (312) 573-0300, toll-free number 1-800-996-3426, or by contacting Wyndham at www.wyndham.com, on an individual basis, and identify themselves as attendees of the Transportation Research Board’s Environmental Stewardship in Transportation Conference hosted by the Illinois Department of Transportation. This will enable attendees to receive the negotiated group rate. The reservation cut-off date to receive the group rate is at 12:01 AM on FRIDAY, JUNE 16, 2006. All rooms included in the Room Block require a one-night’s deposit/guarantee by guest check, money order, or valid credit card by the Reservation Cut-Off Date. Individual guest cancellation will be accepted up to 72-hours prior to arrival.
